I am thrilled with Body Thrills


A while back I did a post on Body Thrills, I ordered 2 products from them:

Ginger & Mustard Muscle Soak


and(actually I ordered the Cupcake Body Polish but for lack of a picture this is the substitute, anyway same container different sticker)

Here is my product review:

I wanted to eat the Body Polish!!! Seriously I almost tasted it, something that smells that delicious has to be edible!

It is a very enjoyable scrub and I recommend it to everyone.

My husband got spoiled with Ginger & Mustard Muscle Soak. He was so pleased with this product. It has a very refreshing smell, yet it is instantly relaxing.

My husband was all smiles and insisted that I buy another one before this is finished.

Because of the quality in both these products you use very little yet you get a lot of quality during use.

The service is also very friendly and fast, I have no complaints 🙂

So I would suggest to anyone and everyone to buy these products.


Body Thrills for your sweet tooth


As you all know I have an extreme sweet tooth. I would sell my soul for cake (Specially Black Forest)

But not only for cake, basically anything that contains real chocolate (dark Belgium). I believe firmly that if you put calories in at least make it worth it, so I go for the real thing.

So I discovered Body Thrills and I am so exited! I ordered so yummy products. Admittedly my first thought was; “Can you eat this?”

So without further delay I bought myself and hubby each a little something.

Cupcake Frosting Body Polish 

Firstly I would like to say that I know this is not the Cupcake Frosting Body Polish, but they did not have an image available so I went with another option.

Secondly this is the description:

MADE WITH: crushed vanilla pods, coconut, soy milk, shea butter and cocoa butter.
PERFECT FOR: satisfying a cupcake-craving without having to partake in any of the calories.


Hubby is getting some loving with

MADE WITH: mustard, ginger and peppermint.

PERFECT FOR: a hot soak to relieve tired, aching and over-worked muscles. If you’re a gym bunny/sportsman/athlete this Muscle Soak is ideal for you.

Then there is this, I really love these.

I know a few lucky ladies whose birthdays are coming up and would adore these products.

Since all of these products are natural and preservative free I know all my health nut friends (and the not so nutty ones) will love them.

Spiced mulled wine



Preparation method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer gently for 6-8 minutes, without boiling.
  2. To serve, pour the mulled wine into heatproof glasses.
This sounds delightful!

Blackberry Lemonade


Blackberry Lemonade

Yields about 2 quarts

6 cups water, divided
1 cup sugar
4 lemons
2 cups (1 pint) fresh blackberries

In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil with the sugar. Once completely dissolved, remove from heat and allow to cool.

Juice the lemons; this will yield about 1 cup of freshly squeezed juice. In a blender, combine lemon juice and blackberries and blend until pureed. Strain mixture and discard seeds.

In a pitcher, stir together sugar water, blackberry puree, and add 4 additional cups water. Refrigerate until cool or add ice cubes to individual glasses to drink sooner. Serve with a wedge of lemon.

Since spring has just arrived in South Africa, I think this will be my seasonal drink.
